A Bromsgrove based service repairs provider has successfully supported a plastics manufacturer in Birmingham with their latest order win.
Connecting at the Made in the Midlands exhibition last month, Neu-servo and Thermotec Plastics Ltd discussed the opportunity to work together to ensure Thermotecs latest big manufacturing project runs smoothly.
Following the initial discussion, Lee Robinson of Neu-servo, who specialise in machine repair, arranged a free-of-charge site survey. He identified business critical areas ahead of fulfilling the new project supported by a report recommending the support options available.
David Rose, Thermotec Plastics Ltd, said "We'd recently taken on a big project that will see our manufacturing line put under exceptionally high work volume. It was really reassuring to know that we have the support of Lee and his team should anything break down. Meeting them at the MIM Expo has taken a huge weight off my mind."
